Our Rooms

The Waves is a complex of several buildings, all within 150 yards from the beach, many with nice ocean views. We are open from May through October. Although the summer season is the most popular season in Old Orchard Beach, the beauty of the coastal area is enchanting throughout the spring and the fall. Walk from your room onto the sand to swim, stroll in the surf, enjoy our centrally located mineral salts pool and spa, all near your room or suite. Some rooms have individual amenities (see our online reservations for details), but all rooms include: Wifi, cable TV, kitchenette with basic utensils, single serve coffee maker, climate control and outside seating on a shared or private balcony or patio.
