The Waves offers three suites with all the comforts of home, and plenty of space for your family, or couples and friends vacationing together. You will appreciate the extra comfort and convenience these suites offer.
Perfect for larger groups and families! This deluxe two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is located just above the lobby. There are two large rooms; each room has two queen beds, a TV, and a 3/4 bathroom. These rooms include a full kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, as well as cookware and dishes. Other amenities include washer and dryer, dishwasher, WIFI, unlimited local calls, air conditioning, heating, and cable television. This suite shares a balcony with our Pine Point Suite. This is not considered an ocean view unit, but there is a narrow ocean view from the shared deck as shown in one of the photos below.

Second Floor – Near The Train Tracks – Convenient, Short Walk To Shops & Beach
Our Flying Yankee Train Suite has all the modern amenities to ensure your comfort. This train-themed suite has a private train observation deck to get an up-close and personal view of the Amtrak Downeaster. There is a master bedroom with a King Tempurpedic bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds. There is a bathroom with a stand-up shower just off the large living room. The large kitchenette has a small dining area, refrigerator, sink, two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, as well as cookware and dishes. This nicely furnished suite has wonderful amenities, including a massage chair, heat and air conditioning, unlimited local calls, WIFI, and cable television. We have double insulated the suite to reduce the noise of the trains that pass by. Only a short walk across West Grand Avenue to the beach, this suite is one of the best accommodations in Old Orchard Beach!
